Items should be unused and in original condition where possible.
Once approved, we’ll refund your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo and we’ll replace or refund it, usually with no return needed.
We cover return costs for damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
